What's Fresh at Salt,0?

Hey bread lovers! It's your patissier at Salt,0. Just wanted to share a glimpse of what we've been baking up here in Yeonnam-dong. The aroma of fresh bread fills the shop daily, a sign of the dedication we put into each bake. There's something about the simple pleasure of salt bread that just hits the spot, wouldn't you agree?

We're always experimenting, but some things are classics for a reason. Right now we're featuring:

• The Plain (3000), with it's simple savoriness and crispy texture.
• The Olive Cheese (3800), a perfect blend of salty and savory from the black olives and cheese.
• The Basil tomato (3800), with aroma and acidity of homemade basil butter and sun-dried tomatoes

Of course, there's also the ever-popular:

• Everything (3500), topped with onion, chia seeds, sesame seeds and black sesame. So savory!
• Hotteok (4300), a salt bread that makes you feel like you're eating warm hotteok with a filling of nutty grains and sweet syrup.
• Garlic Butter (4300), the sweet and savory flavor of garlic and butter sauce.
• 초코번소금빵 (4300), covered with choco bun dough and filled with rich chocolate cream

Plus, if you're looking for a pairing, we've got some great drinks like our 콜드브루라떼 (6000) and Zero sugar milk tea (7000). Made with cold brew coffee and balanced milk tea, they pair perfectly with salt bread.
